Refund policy
Standard 2 hour "Dead on Arrival" policy applies. All LIVESTOCK must be received at the time of delivery. In the event that something arrives DOA, pictures would need to be sent to cruznaquatics@gmail.com to start a claim.
Pictures should include clear photos of the coral inside the bag. Again, this is within 2 hours of delivery. At our own discretion, we will issue a replacement or credit.
